Definitions for the purpose of User Agreement

E-store - refers to online website with the domain name ECOMAMMAS.COM, which is an online shopping site.
Seller - "Eco Mammas" OU. which is the owner and maintainer of the website and are legally bound to the regulations of European Union.
Terms - terms of using the e-store referred to in this User Agreement
Registered User - person who is registered on this website, according to the User Agreement
Guest user - person who is using the website but is not registered according to the User Agreement.
User - a physical or a legal person who uses the website, regardless of whether they are registered/guest.
Customer - (physical or legal person) who makes a purchase on ECOMAMMAS.COM
General User Agreement
This User Agreement is a legal agreement between Users of the website and Seller.

By accessing ECOMAMMAS.COM, browsing or using it, User agrees to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and have agreed to follow these Terms and other regulations in force in Republic of Latvia, which regulate Seller, User and Customer legal obligations.
Using ECOMAMMAS.COM is considered User's full agreement to these Terms, including all changes made to them. Seller can review User Agreement or any other information on the website at any time without prior notification. Changes come in force the moment they are published on ECOMAMMAS.COM. Seller is legally allowed, at any time and without notification, to improve or change products, services or programmes available on ECOMAMMAS.COM. Changes of User Agreement are not binding to orders submitted before changing. Customer receives service based on the edition of User Agreement which was in force at the moment of Customer's order.

Formalizing an Order and Deadlines
All prices on ECOMAMMAS.COM are shown in EUR (euros) and include all applicable taxes. Display prices are valid while the stocks are available. All purchases must be paid as per display price and delivery fee which are calculated before the purchase.
When completing the payment with a bank transfer, payment date is determined by the day when payment is received into Seller's bank account.

Payment
Payments can be made with e-banking (including Revolut and Paysera) as well as bank transfer. When submitting e-banking payment, Customer can immediately access purchased webinar under "My Profile" section. When completing a bank transfer payment, access to webinars will be granted after the payment has been received.

Delivery
After successful purchase and processed payment, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation of the purchase. Access to webinars on Customer's profile is granted after successful payment.

Returns
There is no Customer money return guarantee regarding digital services, for example, webinars.

Confidentiality
When registering as User, person agrees to data processing and using according to the regulations binding in the European Union, which is done by the Seller and will be used to provide services offered by ECOMAMMAS.COM. "Eсo Mammas" OU commits to maintain your privacy and personal data protection, and commits to not disclose or transfer your personal information to Third Parties. Seller isn't responsible for the precision, accuracy and credibility of information provided by Customer during registration.
With consent of becoming a Registered User, User has to provide active, accessible e-mail address. User takes responsibility of the security of chosen password and commits to protect it from Third Parties.
Registered and Guest Users are requested to provide personal information which is neccessary to provide the best service quality.
This information can be used to send news updates, notifications about received orders, etc.. By making a purchase, Customer gives their consent to these Terms.

Dispute resolution and liability of the parties
All disputes and conflicts when ordering services, Parties deal by negotiation. If Parties cannot come to an agreement during negotiation within a month, they are entitled to bring the dispute to court.

Final Provisions
Questions, which are not discussed in these Terms, are resolved according to binding legal regulations of European Union.

Terms are in force from January 18, 2022.
